In the summer of 2022, we realized Atlantic Canada was missing a Caesar Bar. Driven by passion, we launched Atlantic Canada's first Caesar Bar, creating a detailed business plan that fall. By January 2023, we won $10,000 at a local pitch competition, providing seed money to test our concept and gauge community interest.
In summer 2023, we hosted pop-up events across the Halifax Regional Municipality, offering over 15 unique Caesars. Serving over 650 Caesars at 10 events, we received overwhelming community support, confirming our concept's potential. This success led us to consider the next steps, sparking the idea of a fully mobile bar due to high demand.
Thus, Clam Digger was born, a revolutionary mobile Caesar Bar. We transformed a 1958 Airstream Bambi into a high-volume mobile bar with two bar wells, commercial fridges, and three taps. As pioneers in the region, we're set to revolutionize drink service. With Clam Digger, you drink, and we'll drive.
